Shipments

All Shipping is free with a value over $500, the Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are delivered by Modern Electrical Supplies Ltd with a required signature. An additional cost will be applied to Tobago, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make.

Shipping includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to Location shipment eg Tobago. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy 

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless the product is covered by a warranty.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Cut cables cannot be returned.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
